Before you pass judgement on my picky eating habits, here’s a reminder: I’m a texture eater. But also, I don’t like seafood. But also, I don’t like foods that look weird and have legs. But also… Ok, I guess I can see how this could warrant some criticism. Anywho.
This was my very first completed Culinary30 challenge wayyyyyyy back in May. We went to one of my favorite restaurants around the corner from work called Nuba. I could eat the the Najib’s Lunch Special EVERY SINGLE DAY. Cross my heart and hope to die. It just so happened that one of my lunch mates got prawns with his lunch. And it also just so happened that I had agreed to start trying new things. Insert this:
See, I survived. I also still don’t like prawns. Or seafood. Or chewy meats. Or foods that look weird and have legs. Anywho.
